Anthropologie Fall Fashion Show
A few weeks back, I was lucky to be invited to Atlanta's Anthropologie Fall Fashion Show, and it was beautiful. Not only did I love their new fall line, but the models made the fashion show inspirational.
When most people think of fashion shows, they think of supermodels, techno music, and catwalks. Instead, Anthropologie had their customers of different ages, races, and sizes model their new fall line. Once the women began strutting Anthropologie's beautiful Fall line spectators cheered for the models. Right then, they gained that much more respect from my fellow blogger friend and I.
Over many decades (hell since the beginning of time), women's beauty has been scrutinized. However, over the recent years, many brands and public figures are trying to break the boundaries and redefine beauty standards. One of the many brands that exemplified this over fashion week was L'oréal and Calvin Klein. While these were only the beginning of a long list, they were names that we have all heard of and that will help in assisting the beauty movement. I was very proud that Anthropologie would stand for diversity and allow their customers to show off their confidence to shine.
